Aldon from GlobalCare offers an affordable and personalized solution for resident and patient room furniture. Wardrobes, dressers, and bedside cabinets are available in a variety of configurations. The series provides peace of mind for facility managers.
Aldon’s design incorporates smooth surfaces with a straight profile and durable finish options, demonstrating respect for housekeeping and infection control practices. Units can be fully serviced on site including the replacement of individual components. Custom modifications, dimensions and special needs are accommodated on a per project basis.
Wardrobes are available in a variety of configurations including narrow sizes for smaller spaces. These include a divided wardrobe with coat rails and two drawers on a plinth base or a narrow wardrobe with a coat rail and two drawers on metal legs.
Dressers are available with 3 or 4 full-length drawers or configured as a double dresser with three half-sized drawers on either side. This accommodates limited space requirements so two patients/residents can share one dresser.
Bedside Cabinets are available with three drawers on casters, one drawer and an adjustable shelf on metal legs, two drawers and a fixed shelf on a plinth base or one drawer and an opening door on metal legs.
Aldon patient room furniture is available in twelve thermally fused laminate finishes.
Other features include:
1″ Thermally fused laminate tops with 3mm PVC edge are standard. A PVC edge on the tops, gables, drawers and door fronts provides peace of mind for long-term performance. Optional high-pressure laminate, solid surface and thermofoil tops are available upon request.
Locks are optional and provide extra security for personal belongings.
Arc style handles provide easy access to personal belongings. A Radius design with smooth Tungsten finish is standard.
Drawer boxes are standard in 4″H and available, as an option, in 6″H when you need more storage capacity.
Drawers have enhanced durability, high-quality precision steel full-extension ball bearing drawer slides.
Aldon is available with two base options, Tungsten metal legs or a plinth base. Both are interchangeable in the field.
Cut outs with grommets in the back of the units provide ventilation and reduce odors and bacterial growth.
Optional high impact polystyrene drawer liners are removable for room transfer and cleaning.
Commercial quality 110-degree door hinges.
A coat rail is available so that clothes hang neatly.
Anti-tip brackets are included on wardrobes for greater safety.
